I decided to do a a short video about taking a pair of headphones off a screen. Sound Shaping Exercise For this exercise, we were given a voice line and we were to edit it in Adobe Audition to make it sound like it came from various environments. I decided to conduct an online questionnaire (quantitative) for students, and an online interview (qualitative) for lecturers. Week 1-4 Ahmed Yaman Ibrahim (0341119) Design Research Methodology Proposal PROPOSAL Briefing We were given some freedom to choose our research topic as long as it was based on our area of specialization. I'd already decided on the topic of gamification in my previous semester before I deferred, so I decided to explore that further. After some discussion with my lecturer, I decided on the topic of gamification and its use in an online learning environment. This was based on my own experience in the previous semester, trying to study online during the pandemic, as well as the feedback of my classmates. I did some more research on the topic and came to note that students facing issues with motivation and staying attentive during online classes was a considerably widespread issue.
